"Definitely worth the ticket price"
I got my tickets through cso.org and felt like it was a good deal. The prices were easy to understand, and checkout was simple enough. It maybe took me a minute to find where I was going, though that could’ve just been me not paying attention. The concert itself felt totally worth the money. I’d use it again without hesitation.

Customer service was friendly enough, but it definitely took longer than I expected to get a reply and actually have my issue fixed. Not terrible, just kind of slow. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bagel when their first response finally came through, so I guess it stuck in my head

"Really impressive night, honestly"
I went to a show through cso.org and I don’t know, it just really hit me in a good way. The sound was super clear and the musicians were seriously incredible. The seats did feel a little tight, especially for what I paid, which was kind of annoying. But overall I left feeling really glad I went, and I’d definitely go again.

I was so relieved by how simple the whole process was. I got my tickets really quickly, the seats were easy to understand, and checkout was super smooth. No headaches, no confusion—just a really easy experience from start to finish

"Seats were just okay"
I got my tickets through cso.org and the show itself was really good, so no complaints there. The timing was kind of annoying though, because we ended up getting there right when everyone else was trying to find their seats, and it made the whole start feel a bit rushed.
The seats were tight, and after sitting for a while I definitely started noticing it. Leg room wasn’t great either, so I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable. For a shorter concert it would probably be fine, but I expected a little better

"Really clear sound"
I went to a concert here and was surprised by how good the sound was. We were sitting upstairs, but I could still hear every section really clearly, if that makes sense. Nothing felt too loud or muffled, and the whole experience was super enjoyable.
